ROBOTS OR REAL PEOPLE (Skit)

It's Free!

This play is a fun way for children to gain an understanding of what a blessing it is that God has created them with a soul – that is a mind, emotions and the ability to make choices.

Initially God's people are like robots - God needs to continually give them instructions as to what they should be doing because they can't think for themselves. Jesus questions the wisdom of creating humans without a soul; so God reminds him if the people have the ability to think, feel and choose, they might choose not to love and obey them. Holy Spirit suggests they go back to their original plan to make the people in their image, with minds, feelings and the ability to choose.
God reminds his Son that if they give the people souls, it will cost him dearly. Despite knowing He would have to become their Savior, Jesus suggests it would be worth it to have their people love and obey them because they chose to. So that's what they do.
